I created my logos using Adobe Photoshop CC. I believe in simple elegance and bold design that speaks for itself. When I am designing, I always go for "less is more." Even though my life is anything but simple, I take the time to enjoy the simpler things in life. Simplicity in design reminds me it truly is the little things in life that matter the most. It's not the grandiose things. It is the beauty of a solid white quilted blanket that snuggles you and your mom while binge watching television. It is the inspiration you get from your soul sisters. It is reminding yourself not to worry because tomorrow will worry about itself. Those are the simple things and my inspiration.
This logo was designed with the mindset of running the race of life. With this mindset, I wanted this to be the representation of choosing to run the race of the path God has chosen for me. The circle with the overlapping lines from going in the same path yet the lines not exactly overlapping represents the different choice in life that I have made. I chose white for the background because this represents purity. The four letters in the middle represent me. I chose four because that represents the four aspects of my life important to me with Jesus around them all: first my family, second my friends, third my well-being, fourth other people.
This logo was the one I chose to use on my digitial resume and portfolio. The three different triangles represent mountains, and I chose the mountains to be a representation of no matter the trial I will reach the top of the mountain with Jesus by my side. Also meaning that no matter if I am at the bottom, middle, or top of the mountain Jesus is with me and will see me to the finish of the journey set before me. The triangles are different sizes representing the different journeys in life and how not one is the same. The "COCA" at the bottom is the first two letters of my first and last name. I chose this to represent that things can be made unqie and creative. That there is not specfic rhyme or reason to life so be bold. Be you!
For this design I kept it plain and simple. This was another design to simply just display my name. I chose all lowercase letters to help the focal stay within the two brackets.
This logo I made by just displaying my name in a simple fashion. I chose the cursive type font because I enjoy doing calligraphy in my free time, whether it is my making stickies of inspiration or doing things for my family and friends. The outer circle with the white leaf, I chose because I love greenery. This is one of my favorite things because greenery adds a simple but necessary touch to things. I picked the color white to represent clean and simple.
I chose all capitalized letters for my name in this design to make a bold statement: I am a bold person willing to take risks and break boundaries when necessary. The circle made of squares and rectangles with my initials in the middle represents how life is going to continue going and moving no matter what. So make the best of every situation or task that comes your way.
